Licensed Practical Nurse

• Deliver routine occupational health care services and employee wellness support.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring employee care plans based on standing orders and medical directives.
• Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assess and evaluate employee illnesses and injuries to determine appropriate medical direction.
• Support occupational health compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct safety, health, and ergonomic training sessions for employees.
• Administer and support workplace drug and alcohol testing programs in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with occupational health program administration and documentation.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, and customer support tasks while escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment (or equivalent in other geographies).
• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing or occupational health experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare and operations teams.
