Director of Nursing oversees nursing operations for a 13‑week assignment in a long‑term care facility in Dodge City, Kansas, ensuring high‑quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to long‑term care residents

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
RN license in Kansas
