Travel/Contract Registered Nurse

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care near Ness, Kansas. The role involves night shift nursing care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and documentation in EMR systems. Compensation is 13% above market average with comprehensive benefits.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement resident care plans
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in EMR systems
• Monitor residents' vital signs and identify changes in health status promptly
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and state regulations

• Valid RN license in the state of Kansas
• CPR certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Long Term Care
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift supplies regularly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts (6p-6a)

• Emergency Nursing certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Previous night shift experience preferred
