We are seeking a Med Surg/Tele RN for a travel assignment in Dodge City, Kansas.
Responsibilities Include- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Administering medications, conducting assessments, preparing patients for procedures, and documenting care
- Ensuring patient safety, following infection control protocols, and advocating for patient needs
- Facilitating discharge planning and maintaining a safe environment
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and work effectively with teams
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC systems
