** Job Purpose and Impact*
* The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform routine occupational health care activities. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical care, assist in the evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses, support employee health and well-being, deliver health and wellness training and education, coordinate employee health services, and ensure compliance with occupational health programs and regulatory requirements.

** Key Accountabilities*
* +  Assist with occupational health programs.

+  In accordance with established procedures, conduct our safety and ergonomic training and administer the basics of drug and alcohol programs.

+  Plan and implement compliance improvement projects and their deliverables.

+  Under general supervision of a registered nurse, treat, evaluate and assess employee illness or injury to ascertain medical direction.

+  Help develop, formulate and implement plans of care based on standing orders and medical directives.

+  Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

+  Other duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* Minimum Qualifications

+ Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Kansas or active multistate Compact LPN/LVN license.

+ Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.

* Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

We have a shift differential of 1.25 per hourly rate.

This position is located in Dodge City, KS.

This position has a Sign on Bonus and schedule flexibility.
