TK Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Ford County Jail in Dodge City, Kansas. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Assist with intake screenings and routine nursing care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Promote quality patient outcomes through compassionate care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New graduates encouraged to apply
