Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback; communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction; drive customer service initiatives and resolve customer needs and complaints; develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and lead process improvements; drive store financial performance by reviewing PL and budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses;

manage merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions; provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, and recognize associates; ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy; build a culture of belonging and promote inclusion; attract and retain talent and promote leadership; participate in planning and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve goals; monitor progress and implement improvement opportunities..
