We are looking for an energetic and dependable individual who enjoys interacting with customers, has some sales experience, and wants to learn how to manage people. This entry‑level part‑time management role combines sales responsibilities with leading the sales team when you are the manager on duty.

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales using the computer, process cash and credit card transactions.
• Assist with restocking the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Teach new and existing staff how to perform the above tasks.
• Lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and setup the sales floor as inventory arrives.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Desire to coach others in sales and develop people‑management skills.
• Willingness to open/close the store and be responsible when alone.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Physical capability to kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25‑50 pounds.
