Koch Capabilities invites students to join the Rotational Environmental Specialist program in Summer 2027 at multiple sites, including Dodge City, KS and others. You will rotate through host sites, supporting day-to-day environmental initiatives and gaining broad experience across operations.
During the two-year REP, you’ll contribute to regulatory compliance, waste management, and sustainability projects while preparing for a mid-level specialist role at a site.
