Aviation Maintenance Technician – Keep Excellence in the Air

Van Nuys, CA | Pay: $28.00–$40.00/hr (DOE) | Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence, performing critical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most sophisticated aircraft in the skies.

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain customer aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and documentation to execute precise repairs
• Communicate directly with customers to assess issues and deliver solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and compliant aircraft readiness
• Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company policies

• A minimum of 18 months of hands‑on aviation maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering and technical documents
• Must be eligible to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 75 days if not already licensed

• Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
• Experience with business or corporate aircraft maintenance
