Stichting Zozijn Zorg zoekt een ervaren Manager Wonen die leiding geeft aan een RVE met 4–5 woonlocaties in de Achterhoek en Liemers. Je stuurt 50+ cliënten en 60–80 medewerkers aan en werkt aan kwaliteit nu en in de toekomst.
Je gaat voor een coachende stijl, ontwikkelingsruimte en samenwerking. Je beschikt over HBO/WO-werk- en denkniveau, meerdere jaren zorgmanagementervaring en affiniteit met vernieuwende zorglocaties.
