Office Assistant. City:
Doha, Qatar. Seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in English. Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience and develop their skills. The role will involve various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship is available. We are looking for a Malayalee candidate who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
