Overview
Administrative Assistant
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must have a valid own visa for employment.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of 1000$.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Preparing reports and coordinating with other departments.
- Providing general administrative support to the office.
- Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid visa for employment.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Data entry or record-keeping experience preferred.
