Position Overview
Seeking a friendly professional to ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and handling inquiries and reservations.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, handle payments, and maintain accurate records while promoting a professional team.
- Manage front desk operations and visitor management, offering administrative support with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Greet visitors, manage calls and emails, support administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Handle client appointments, manage phone systems, and maintain organized records.
- Support sales teams with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and maximize revenue.
- Ensure recording compliance and security measures are followed.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a front‑desk or receptionist role.
- Location:
Doha, Qatar. - Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in hospitality or medical reception preferred; bilingual skills valued.
