Responsibilities
- Assist Logistics and SCM Team with daily transactions (delivery, backorders, item creation).
- Ship outbound transactions using ERP System.
- Assess and resolve issues (excess quantity, duplicate orders, discontinued items).
- Perform logical transaction data in Oracle based on SCM team requests.
- Update sub-inventory, quantity, and item lot expiry.
- Submit requests for backordered items and update the master list to avoid duplication.
- Track orders, create orders, and escape issues to the Clinical Supply Chain Management Supervisor.
- Assist in resolving ERP transaction issues.
- Support outbound reconciliation and perform all outbound transactions in Oracle.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Team to ensure timely approval of Requisition s.
- Share expired item and P.O. details daily as per Storekeepers requests.
- Participate in yearly stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Follow office workflow procedures and support meetings and conferences.
- Maintain files and records using effective filing systems.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Entry, particularly in the Medical Sector.
- Proficient in ERP and logistics software.
