Overview
Executive Assistant – Doha. CLIENT Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide executive support to their Chief Administration Officer (CAO), based in their head office in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive administrative support to department heads by coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documents, and organising events to ensure efficient operations across the company
- Serving as the primary point of contact and coordination for internal and external parties on matters pertaining to the CF&PO office
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Supporting project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Handling office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing equipment, and liaising with facility management
- Degree qualification in Business Administration or similar subject
- At least 8 years’ experience supporting C-level executives
- Ideally have 5 years of experience working for a large multinational and multicultural company
- Strong organisational and time management skills especially with regards to coordinating executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Proficient in preparing and editing correspondence, communications, and presentations
- Previous experience of working in Qatar or other Gulf countries would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, with any Arabic language skills a distinct advantage
- Very strong interpersonal skills, highly organised, with a consistently professional appearance and conduct are essential
