Job Description

Perform day to day Document control activities from Project Execution,FEED,EPC,PCI and Coordination with SMEs, Project Managers, in relation to project documentation issues

Tasks and Duties:

• Focal Point for Project Document Control activities
• Responsible for managing and controlling all project documents (Engineering, Vendor and Other Technical Documents) as per company policy and procedure.
• Attend Project Kick off Meeting on behalf of document control with Contractors project management team
• Produce Various Document Reports, Index according to the requirement from Project team
• Coordinate with entire project team members and other disciplines for the familiarization Documentation System
• Review MDR and Document number requests and provide response to contractor if any correction required and coordinate with TD for number allocation
• Retrieve Engineering and Vendor Documents from AIMS and sent to contractor for reference purpose and coordinate with TD in case of Checkout request for native files
• Coordinate with entire project team members and other disciplines(Contracts, Treasury, Contractor) for the project close out.
• Carries out any other duties as directed by supervisor

Required Experience

Minimum 4 Years experience in oil and gas or similar industry in a multi-discipline environment.

Should have through knowledge of EDMS.

Good written and spoken Technical English.
