Neo Tours and Events is a professional Destination Management Company (DMC) and Event Management Company based in Qatar, working closely with international tour operators, hotels, venues, and local suppliers. We are looking for an Operations & Administration Executive to support our daily travel and event operations.
Key Responsibilities- Front accounting support (invoices, LPOs, basic accounting coordination)
- Preparing and managing operational, travel, and event-related documentation
- Email communication with hotels, venues, suppliers, transport companies, and third-party vendors
- Assisting with tour and event operations, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Supporting the management team with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintaining organized records, files, and databases
- Previous experience in administration, operations, travel, or events preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and professional email correspondence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a DMC, travel agency, or event management company is an advantage
