- Ensure compliance with related legal requirements, create an effective file management system, register, track and update the contract signature process, maintain an updated comprehensive staff database in order to have updated and easily accessible information for Group Legal.
- Responsible for generating business documentation, including presentation creation and spreadsheet preparation and their distribution.
- Scan signed documents and file, input records and maintains information up to date for other team members and whole Group Legal
- Maintain accurate data into the Office Database and ensure quick access and retrieval.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
- Graduate preferably with law subjects will be an advantage.
- Strong communications skills (fluent in English language (verbal/writing)
- Computer Literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
