Position: Document Controller
Location: Qatar
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a related role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, classify, and maintain project and organizational documents in accordance with company standards.
Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents both in physical and electronic formats.
Maintain document control systems, databases, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up with relevant teams to ensure compliance.
Distribute documents to stakeholders as required, ensuring timely communication.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and compliance with company policies.
Assist in preparing reports, project correspondence, and maintaining document logs.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth document flow.
Support audits, inspections, and management reviews by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
Knowledge of industry standards for document management (ISO, EPC projects, or construction projects).
