Role DescriptionThe Admin Coordinator - Qatar Team role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha. The Admin Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks including organizing schedules, providing top-tier administrative assistance, ensuring smooth communication within the team, and supporting the Qatar team with operational needs. Additionally, this role involves liaising with customers and assisting with financial documentation and reporting to ensure efficient team operations.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office operations.
- Experience in finance-related tasks such as budget coordination, record keeping, or reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with the media or content industry is a plus but not required.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
