Position: Executive Assistant Lesha Bank LLC (Public)

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for managing the Executive’s schedules and communications. The EA prioritizes emails and phone calls and organizes meetings and business events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the focal point for communication between the Executive, staff members, clients, and other outside partners.
  • Control the flow of information in a timely and correct manner.
  • Schedule meetings and manage the Executive’s calendar.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow management.
  • Arrange meetings and manage the Executive’s calendars.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Compile a daily budget and create weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
  • Manage the Executive’s office by maintaining an inventory of supplies.
  • Prepare data for memos, emails, presentations, and reports used in internal and external communication.
  • Record minutes of meetings.
  • Distribute correspondence and screen and guide phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize the office filing system.
  • Arrange guest logistics.
  • Support the Admin Department if needed.
SKILLS
  • Be proactive and use good judgment when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Telephone skills, verbal communication.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Listening, customer focus, organization, informing others, handles pressure, and phone skills.
  • Supply management.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity.
  • Own mistakes and share your knowledge to prevent repeating the same error within your department or division.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.

QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably holding a diploma in an admin/secretarial field.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
