Key Accountabilities
- Provides and maintains data entry tracking collecting compiling and updating of files reports and documents relevant to HSSE Department.
- Liaises with the HR Department with matters relating to HSSE Personnels attendance leave entitlements and applications and other employee relations concerns.
- Liaises and coordinates with other Section Managers with matters relating to HSSE administrative.
- Supports Manager with all delegated tasks as directed.
- Liaises with the Vessel/Project Coordinators with matters relating to Safety Induction of Clients client representatives specialists.
- Assists and coordinates with the HSE Officer(s) with matters relating to the daily Safety Induction of new-hires sub-contractors visitors and client representatives prior to working in the companys premises and on-board vessels.
- Assists and participates in internal and/or external audits and inspections.
- Organizes internal and external meetings with the Manager.
- Ensures availability of office supplies through providing the right orders based on forecast.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Preferably a significant working experience in HSSE and shipyard or maritime industry.
