We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to support a high-profile program in Doha. This is a 6-month, part-time engagement (3 days per week) with an immediate start.
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence in Doha
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate visa and gate pass documentation processes, including:
- Managing application signatures with the client
- Handling physical document transfers
- Coordinating with relevant authorities
- Supporting activation of access cards
- Manage allocation and tracking of client-issued laptops for consultants:
- Maintain asset register
- Ensure proper handover and return prior to contract closure
- Oversee office space allocation within the program office (5 floors):
- Assign offices and manage workspace logistics
- Track HSE induction compliance for new joiners
- Monitor peak hotel occupancy periods and proactively advise consultants on early travel bookings
- Act as the primary point of contact for travel and logistics-related queries
