Helpdesk and CAFM Coordinator - Acciona

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAFM Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

• Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis
• Log, assign, and track work orders and service requests
• Ensure accurate data entry of assets, PPM schedules, and maintenance records
• Generate reports related to maintenance activities and system performance
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and clients
• Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly
• Maintain proper documentation and system records
• Provide administrative support to the facilities management team

• Proven experience working with CAFM systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
