Contract Duration: 3 Months
Location: On-site (Al Dafnaand assigned venues during selection process)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours per day)
The Admissions Assistant will support the admissions process by handling inquiries, assisting applicants, and managing application-related tasks through the designated Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced admissions environment.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inquiries from prospective applicants and stakeholders via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding application procedures, requirements, and deadlines
- Assist in the submission and review of applications using the LMS
- Ensure all applicant data is properly recorded, updated, and maintained in the system
- Support the admissions and registration team during the application and selection process
- Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with applicants and visitors
- Perform administrative tasks related to admissions operations as assigned
- Must be bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work on-site and relocate temporarily to assigned venues during the selection process
- Ability to work full-time hours as specified
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to use and navigate a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar online platforms for application submission and review
- Basic knowledge of file management
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems through provided training
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required
