We are currently recruiting for a large organization specializing in education and we are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to be based in Qatar.

Job Responsibilities
  • Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the company's core values.
  • Maintain high quality communication with staff.
  • Liaise with all secretaries.
  • Update information on Oasis personnel module and the relevant authorities system.
  • Manage managers appointment calendar as well as all his/her professional communication and public relations needs.
  • Assist in organizing of events and facilitates the use of effective strategic for ascertaining and gaining publicity for all noteworthy events in order to promote the company positively.
  • Coordinate personnel needs regarding contract writing, attendance and reporting, employee files, annual reports, annual budgets preparation reports.
  • Initiate effort and energy beyond the typical work day, where the tasks require additional commitment.
  • Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
  • Perform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisors.
Required Skills & Attributes
  • Exhibit exemplary written / spoken English language skills, including exceptional phone skills.
  • Demonstrate competence in computer technical skills using Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and other related programs/software for business use.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to aid in the daily contact with a diverse multi-cultural population.
  • Excellent organizational and office management skills, ability to multi task and delegate assignments in a timely manner.
  • 3 years experience as Secretary in an office or school environment.
