PositionAdministration/Operation Executive
Location:
VAM Systems-Qatar office
We are currently looking for an Administration/Operation Executive for our VAM Systems-Qatar office with the following skill set.
- Good Communication Skills with good command over English language.
- Experience handling visas, passport and related government documents.
- Prior experience as Public & Government Relations Officer.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the Labour, Immigration & other government departments in Qatar.
- Arabic Fluency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
- Good knowledge in Administration and Office Management Skills.
- Monitoring the processing of financial, accounting and payroll transactions.
- Responsibilities such as filing contracts, handling client requests, and managing databases related to vendors of the company.
- Follow up a process of invoice and archiving of invoice data according to its categories.
- Locally available candidates who can handle Arabic only need to apply.
Minimum 1 year.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree.
