Responsibilities
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the admin and contracts department
- Meticulously review client details in the customer profile for contract preparation
- Prepare contract (sales, cancellation, or waiver) and memos (discount, payment schedule, cancellation, reschedule, and waiver of transfer of ownership)
- Review all contracts which requires updating due to the revision of memos
- Edit contract files before submission to the client for signature
- Coordinate with the archiving provider in the movement of bulk contracts to the warehouse
- Negotiate and resolve customer complaints when they arise
- Coordinate with the other brokerage team on the status of the unit’s availability
- Prepare manual contract when needed
- Reproduce electronic file contracts and archive the same
- Oversee that all contracts are completed in right order and on time
- Assign and distribute tasks to each admin staff member
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related
- Five years or more relevant experience in contracts and admin with sales background
- Bilingual Arabic-English
- Good team player and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application and ERP system
