Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Director s complex calendar, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a professional tone.
- Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
- Manage and prioritize the Director s inbox, filtering emails and drafting responses to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Hold relevant certifications in Office Management or Executive Assistance.
- Have experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in Investment Banking.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
