- Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to department leadership
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, communication records, and meeting schedules
- Prepare professional reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for business use
- Maintain and organize confidential documents and sensitive departmental files
- Respond to internal and external queries or redirect them appropriately
- Monitor staff travel processes including permits, tickets, allowances, and hotel bookings
- Track departmental assets and coordinate new office equipment setup
- Handle email, calls, faxes, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure office logistics, requests, and interdepartmental tasks are completed on time
- Assist with special assignments and support company-wide administrative initiatives as needed
- High school diploma with minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience
* or* bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of job-related experience - Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
