Responsibilities
- Organize and perform the billing, collection, deposit, disbursement and record maintenance of tuition and fees and other school and student related funds.
- Participate in the establishment of policies and procedures regarding the above activities.
- Account for registration of operations, bank reconciliation and follow up unpaid accounts.
- Supervise the facility management team, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.
- Clearly set tasks to employees and develop them by providing feedback and opportunities so that they are more able to meet the school needs.
- Organize the premises and related services based on academic needs.
- Liaise with the Head of Finance to organize events.
- University degree related to Business or Finance.
- Organization skills.
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Business Central (Navision).
- Fluency in English (Spanish desirable).
- Familiarity with IT tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data input.
- Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills, professional and friendly in-person and phone presence.
