Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAFM Operator (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate data entry, work order tracking, and effective coordination between maintenance teams and clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain the CAFM system on a daily basis
- Log, assign, and track work orders and service requests
- Ensure accurate data entry of assets, PPM schedules, and maintenance records
- Generate reports related to maintenance activities and system performance
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and clients
- Monitor SLA compliance and update job status accordingly
- Maintain proper documentation and system records
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team
- Proven experience working with CAFM systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
