The Executive Secretary at Jfin Oasis – Mary Café will provide high-level administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel and logistics. The Executive Secretary will handle confidential documents, maintain records and filing systems, and assist with drafting reports, presentations, and internal communications.
The role also involves coordinating with internal departments and external partners, supporting company secretarial tasks, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The Executive Secretary will help maintain an organized, efficient, and service-oriented office environment that supports the café’s operational and strategic goals.
- Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of company secretarial work and basic understanding of corporate documentation and compliance support.
- Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, discretion, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or a customer-focused environment is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English required;
Arabic language skills are an added benefit.
