We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to join our team as part of our continued organizational growth and operational development. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and efficient communication across departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes while maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, liaising with clients, stakeholders, and department representatives professionally and confidentially
  • Manage executive schedules, prioritize appointments, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and key deliverables
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Support office operations and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related fiel
  • Atleast 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior managemen
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skill
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tool
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabi
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalis
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environmen
