Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Doha, Qatar. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to various departments, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, handling communication and correspondence, assisting with customer service inquiries, coordinating schedules, and supporting organizational initiatives. The role demands excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to keep up with the fast‑paced environment in addition to carrying inspections for our outlets and staff accommodation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Leadership and strong personality
