Responsibilities
- 负责日常办公室事务管理,包括办公用品管理、考勤管理、公文管理、会议安排、外事事务管理,以及差旅、固定资产、办公设备、车辆、安全与卫生等相关工作;
- 通过公司系统完成各类内部流程的提交与跟进;
- 负责办公用品的采购、发放及库存管理;
- 与区域 HR(迪拜)保持沟通,协助处理本地员工的报销、薪资及休假等相关事宜;
- 具备市场活动组织能力,负责营销活动支持,并与市场供应商进行日常沟通与协调;
- 负责公司 Facebook 页面、Whats App 群组及其他社交媒体平台的日常维护,及时回复客户咨询与信息。
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力,可作为主要工作语言;
- 工作细致认真,具备较强的执行力和责任心;
- 性格随和,沟通顺畅,具有良好的团队协作意识;
- 具备行政管理、数字营销或人力资源相关工作经验者优先;
- 熟练使用各类办公软件(如 Word、Excel、PPT 等);
- 具备 GRO(政府事务)相关工作背景者为必备条件。
