Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
- Maintain organized records, files, contracts, and company documentation.
- Process invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and customer collections accurately and on time.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers as required.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners regarding bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Prepare booking-related documents, and operational reports as required.
- Handle office correspondence, emails and general administrative inquiries.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and administrative reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all administrative and financial records.
- Support management with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar and available to join within a short notice period will be preferred.
