Compliance Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance Assistant to support the organization's compliance and regulatory activities. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and client requirements. The role involves maintaining compliance records, monitoring documentation, coordinating audits, and supporting compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's compliance management system.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and file compliance-related reports and records.
  • Support internal and external audits by gathering and providing required documentation.
  • Track regulatory updates and communicate changes to relevant departments.
  • Assist in conducting compliance inspections and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow up on their implementation.
  • Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are current and properly documented.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Support management with administrative tasks related to compliance activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Compliance Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance management or a related administrative/compliance role.
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
