Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on experience in university administration, student affairs logistics, or academic program coordination within a highly diverse, international campus environment.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is legally required to draft official academic policies; professional fluency in Arabic provides a critical hiring advantage.

• Manage the complex daily administrative logistics between international branch campuses and Qatar Foundation headquarters, ensuring strict adherence to cross‑departmental academic policies and timelines.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end student lifecycle processes, including managing digital course registrations via the central LMS, organizing academic advising schedules, and troubleshooting visa or housing issues for international faculty.
• Actively liaise with external government bodies, partner universities, and QF procurement teams to execute major campus events, academic symposiums, and VIP graduation ceremonies with zero logistical failures.
