Secretary job in Doha Qatar, role description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our administrative team in Doha. We are offering a salary of 1700 and are open to considering a foreign candidate.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently. They should have excellent knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and some experience with scheduling. They must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in order to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The main role of the Secretary will be to provide administrative support for the office staff. This includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings, filing documents, answering phone calls, responding to emails and other clerical duties. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients effectively.
