Secretary job in Doha Qatar.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. This position is offering a salary of 1600 per month and we are open to considering an immigrant.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to type quickly with accuracy. They should be comfortable working with computers and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other software programs. We will also consider candidates who are willing to learn new skills if needed.

The duties of the job include managing day-to-day office operations, managing inquiries from clients, preparing correspondence, filing documents electronically or manually, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking notes at meetings, handling financial documents such as invoices, receipts and payments.

• Additionally the Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that the office is kept clean and tidy at all times.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and can take initiative when needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate must also have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with colleagues across all levels of the organization.
