POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR WORK PLACE: BASED IN DOHA, QATAR MANDATORY BILINGUAL
*** FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING
*** In this role you will:
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration, including facilities, maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills and service providers.
- Manage company vendor registrations and provide administrative support for supplier, client and proposal submissions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential company, employee and operational records, databases and filing systems.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, records, systems and administrative requirements.
- Support routine HR administration, including leave records, employee documentation, HR letters, benefits and other records.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, travel arrangements and other scheduling requirements across the business.
- Maintain records of company assets, equipment and other resources provided to employees.
- Support with expenses and invoices, and related administrative requirements.
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, company events and other business activities as required.
- Prepare and maintain regular operational reports and provide broader administrative and project support as needed.
- Previous experience in an operations, administration or office coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good judgement and discretion when handling confidential employee and company information.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with office management and administrative systems.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when issues require management input or escalation.
