Data Entry Specialist

About the Role Lusail International Circuit is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a temporary, on-site assignment in Doha for a period of six months. The primary responsibility of the role is to review, validate, and transfer data from existing Microsoft Excel files into Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring that all information is entered accurately, completely, and consistently.

• Review and organize data contained in Microsoft Excel files before entry.
• Accurately enter and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Identify and report missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information.
• Maintain proper organization and confidentiality of records.
• Coordinate with the relevant team members to clarify data discrepancies.
• Support data-cleaning and record-validation activities as required.
• Complete assigned data-entry tasks within agreed timelines.

• Must be currently based in Qatar.
• Applications are welcome from both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system would be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
