Role Overview:
We seek a hands‑on Operations & Development Manager to lead daily operations while continuously improving and developing operational systems from a practical, execution‑driven perspective. This role requires strong on‑ground presence, high operational discipline, and the ability to turn real daily challenges into structured, scalable processes.

• Manage daily production, preparation, and packaging operations
• Directly oversee retail outlets and ensure full operational readiness
• Plan and control inventory, suppliers, and material flow
• Organize staff schedules and monitor daily performance and discipline
• Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety and local regulations
• Control operational costs and minimize wastage
• Execute seasonal and peak campaigns (National Day, Ramadan, Eid, New Year)
• Prepare clear and concise operational reports (inventory, issues, corrective actions)

• Review existing workflows and identify operational gaps and bottlenecks
• Improve and document practical, executable SOPs
• Enhance inventory and procurement systems to reduce shortages and overstock
• Improve team efficiency through clear role definition and task structure
• Propose realistic, actionable solutions to improve productivity
• Support product development from an operational feasibility perspective
• Prepare operations for future expansion (new outlets, kiosks, peak seasons)

• Proven hands‑on experience in operations management and operational development, with a strong ability to work on the ground and make fast, practical decisions
• Background in sweets, food, gifting, or retail operations
• Execution‑focused mindset with strong organizational skills
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG or food production
• Experience with retail partnerships in Qatar or the GCC
• Strong knowledge of Qatari food regulations
• Fluency in English;
  Qatar‑based experience is a strong advantage

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production, or a related field is preferred
• Hands‑on operational experience and execution ability are the primary selection criteria

Note:

This is a field‑execution role, not a desk‑based or theoretical management position.

Salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 per month (based on experience) + performance‑based incentives
