Partnerships & CSR Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Partnerships & CSR Manager to build and scale Wafeeq’s corporate partnerships and social responsibility initiatives. This part‑time, contract position with a hybrid work model offers remote flexibility alongside occasional in‑person meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Growth :
Design and execute a clear strategy for corporate partnerships and CSR collaborations aligned with Wafeeq’s mission and impact goals. - Partnership Development & Execution :
Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and engaging CSR‑focused organizations to negotiating agreements, closing partnerships, and overseeing successful implementation. - Content & Proposals :
Develop compelling partnership materials, including proposals, one‑pagers, and presentations tailored to corporate and institutional stakeholders. - Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact. - Outreach & Engagement :
Drive targeted outreach initiatives via email, Linked In, and professional networks to generate and advance partnership opportunities. - Impact Measurement & Reporting :
Track, measure, and report on the social impact and outcomes of partnerships to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in Partnerships, CSR, Business Development, or a related role, with demonstrated success working with large organizations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships independently.
- A strategic mindset with a genuine passion for social impact and community‑driven initiatives.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
