We're Hiring:
Specialist, Procurement (Procurement Operations - Telecom Focus)
Doha, Qatar | Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in telecom procurement to join our Procurement & Logistics team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement activities with focus on telecom categories.
- Lead sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, and tendering processes to ensure timely, cost-effective acquisitions.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to secure favorable commercial and technical terms.
- Maintain and expand vendor networks, with emphasis on telecom suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide procurement support to internal stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of procurement experience, with mandatory telecom procurement exposure.
- Proven track record in contract management, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
