We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Associate to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various Human Capital Consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in Human Capital Consulting services including Total Rewards, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Management and Employee Engagement to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage and oversee human capital consulting projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality
• Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective relationship management acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Leverage an extensive client network to foster.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Human Capital Consulting with a strong project management background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A robust network within the industry is highly desirable.
