Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outdoor purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment as per company requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
Verify specifications and compare prices, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate purchase records and receipts.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.
Ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors for pending orders.
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Maintain compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Valid Qatar light motor vehicle driving license (manual gear) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of local markets and suppliers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
