🚀 We’re Hiring:
Protocol Officer

The Protocol Officer is involved in designing, developing and implementing events and protocol duties by coordinating communications, proposals, logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluations. The role analyzes and prepares initiatives that enhance our visibility locally and internationally, maintains alignment with global best practices, and proposes strategies to engage internal stakeholders in fostering a strong corporate culture. By producing impactful campaigns and supporting our projects, the Protocol Officer aims to position our brand as a benchmark for industry excellence and a leader in social investment approaches.

What

You’ll Do
  • Implement protocol duties and communications for royal families, ministers, and foreign diplomats by coordinating seating plans, transportation modes, airport receptions, security arrangements, and providing assistance to delegations while inspecting execution for compliance with protocol standards.
  • Coordinate designated events from concept to completion, including exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, ceremonies, and official visits, ensuring alignment with our core business and high-profile delegate requirements.
  • Analyze challenges and solutions encountered during events, compile feedback and data, and report findings to the line manager to improve future performance and delivery.
  • Support our teams by providing input for creative campaigns and engaging influencers or ambassadors when required to complete assigned projects.
  • Coordinate the roll-out of protocol initiatives with our teams, appoint agency personnel and internal team members as needed to achieve greater market awareness of our brand and its protocol standards.
  • Produce and prepare internal and external communication elements to ensure visibility of our protocol actions and activities.
  • Maintain and update online content, including our website and intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance from a protocol perspective.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Protocol or similar roles.
  • Experience in handling delegations, VIP and VVIP events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic (preferably Qatari dialect).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good commend of MS Office.
